Deposit Can't Be Processed

Occasionally, you might see a message that your deposit cannot be processed right now. We're working hard to eliminate these situations entirely.

Why This Happens:

Sometimes there isn't enough available money in the system to process very large deposits at the current rates.

Your Options:

Try a Smaller Amount

• Deposit a smaller amount instead

• You can always make additional deposits later

• Smaller deposits are almost always processed immediately

Wait a Day or Two

• Available money in the system changes daily

• What doesn't work today might work tomorrow

• Most deposits can be processed within 1-2 days
